We have a very knowledgeable staff of receptionists who know how to do more than just answer phones and write down your pets information.  They are capable of answering questions about basic pet health, products, foods, medications and scheduling appointments.  They also know about any specials or promotions the clinic may be offering.  They have over 94 years of experience and their ultimate goal is to provide great customer service for you.

Starting in December of 2006, KAREN quickly found her place within the Bailey family. “I was fortunate to have been drafted into the field by my friend Candy “, she jokes, when asked why she chose the veterinary field.  But it is quite apparent in the way she welcomes you and your pets, that she has a soft spot for animals and a concern for their well being which makes her a perfect fit! Karen has 3 cats and 2 adorable Chihuahuas. She enjoys reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Come into Baileys and you’ll always be greeted with a smile from this upbeat receptionist. AMY joined the team in July of 2013 and has been a happy, positive addition to the family. Amy chose the veterinary field because she enjoys the constant interaction with both pets and clients and enjoys educating clients about their pets healthcare. Her fur kids include 1 Scottish fold cat and her 2 dogs. Her favorite activities outside of the clinic include camping.
